FRUCTILAIT is result of an alliance between

  • a milk producer,
  • 30 years experience of a company specializing in the production of efficient and resistant machines, easy to use for both operator and final  customer, in compliance with all veterinary, technological and metrological standards
    • ,
  • a software's company,
  The range includes configurable and scalable dispensers.

Two different models of dispensers :

  • FRUCTILAIT P180: dispenser for fresh  products (raw milk, fruits juices, soups, stirred yogurt ...) with a patented system of oscillating shaker for 9 bags of 20 liters:
    - transportation and easy handling with bags in boxes;
    - "supplies" bags, single-purpose, allowing flexible loading ;
    - possibility of directly managing multi-product (by adding additional lines of distribution, up to 4).
    - expandable to 18 bags.
     

  • FRUCTILAIT B200: raw milk dispenser system with integrated rotary agitators cans, for two cans, each with a capacity of 100 liters of milk. (Expandable to 4 cans - B400)
     

    The common characteristics of FRUCTILAIT range:

     
  • cold positive room (from  0 to 4° c, with heating group) ;
  • possible and mixed evolution of the « cans » system and « bags » system ;
  • separate technical room uncooled, ventilated and heated (if necessary);
  • reception tray to avoid overflow ;
  • distribution in secured room (locked door and retractable distribution cane) ;
  • entire food circuit integrated in the cold room ;
  • coin manager integrated into the frame with giving change ;
  • badges option (*) ;
  • friendly colored touch display and OMRON automaton ;
  • integrated space (A3 size - depth. 7 cm) for products, posters, photonumeric, etc ;
  • Windows PC operating software (sales report, statistics, configuration, etc ...);
  • power supply 230 V 50 Hz single phase ;
  • does not require disposal of wastewater or drinking water ;
  • GSM option for sms alert ;
  • liquid « flavors» option ;
  • delivered with standard decor ;
  • delivered with metal base with adjustable feet included ;
  • can be supplied with outside shelter (wooden cottage fully equipped) ;
    •


    (*) Example of badges use: a customer orders on the web a badge scheduled for a number of units. This badge can be rlater eloaded directly on the dispenser.

  • in compliance with regulations of Veterinary Services ;
  • homologation from Laboratoire National d’Essai for instruments compliant with directive 2004/22/CE and with international recommendation OIML R 117-1 n° LNE 21753),  necessary to obtain the green sticker ;
  • certified manufacturing and maintenance ;
  • optional annual audit.
